Terms of Service

Ami Speak is in beta and is currently free. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance — nothing you already use will start costing money without your agreement.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• One person per account; tell us at hello@amispeak.com if you think someone else is using yours.

The words, lists, texts and conversations you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the app for you — including sending them to our AI providers when you use an AI feature. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared list until you revoke it.

Only add content you have the right to use.

Translations, examples, corrections and replies from Ami are generated by AI. They are a learning aid and can be inaccurate or incomplete — check anything important. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

To keep Ami Speak working for everyone, you agree not to:

• break the law or use the app to harass, harm or deceive anyone;
• get around usage limits, use automated scripts, or overload the AI features;
• copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the app;
• try to access other people's accounts or data.

AI features have usage limits; they may change during the beta.

The app, its design, the Ami character and the Ami Speak name belong to Dmytro Bolotin. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the app.

You can stop using Ami Speak at any time and delete your account in Settings, or ask us at hello@amispeak.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we ever shut the app down, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can export your vocabulary (Settings → Backup).

Ami Speak is provided free and “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to €50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Ami Speak after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.
